Summary | The Army currently has numerous aerial reconnaissance & surveillance (R&S) systems fielded and in development. The recently-unveiled Department of Defense strategy for 21st century defense requires that the Army shape its force in order to support joint R&S requirements under tightening budget constraints. Consequently, the Army's Training and Doctrine Analysis Center (TRAC) seeks to develop an aerial R&S portfolio strategy to support this emerging defense plan. |
