Back Strategic Plan Implementation Support for Defense Technology Security Administration

Summary A faculty team from the Defense Resources Management Institute (DRMI) will provide support to the Defense Technology Security Administration (DTSA) to maintain and support the implementation and measurement of their existing strategic plan, which includes strategic plan implementation support with development of cascading scorecards, related programmatic support services, and FY2020-2025 strategic planning development and support. The DRMI will assign experienced personnel with significant professional and executive skills to assist DTSA with the development of an appropriate vision, mission statement, core values competencies, organizational goals and objectives, and long range, out year planning. The DRMI personnel will facilitate DTSA Directorates in the implementation and re-development of implementation plans, goals and objectives, to include a two-day off-site professional development seminar in September 2019. The DRMI will assign personnel with the managerial and professional skills sufficient to facilitate discussions that result in organization-wide and directorate-level implementation plans, goals and objectives, and measurable outcomes. Finally, the DRMI will assign personnel to provide administrative support throughout the project, and to support the written documentation of the next DTSA strategic plan.
