Summary	This proposal is a continuation of Naval Postgraduate School's (NPS) research that supports training and education to Headquarter, US Marine Forces Reserve (MARFORRES). It is a multidisciplinary approach for addressing decision making. Education and training issues may emerge from cultural, leadership, and organizational, as well as historical and knowledge loss within a Command.
