Summary	Pursuant to the long-running Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) by Army and NPS, this funding supports Army Acquisition Officer and civilian students in their Masters thesis research. Funding also supports certifications such as Project Management Institute, National Contract Management Association and Defense Acquisition University equivalency efforts by faculty in order to maximize student qualifications in accordance with Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Core Competency Guide standards.
