Summary | The purpose of this project is to manage the FY13 program for Measurement and Signature Intelligence (MASINT) Research, supported by the National Consortium for MASINT Research, a research grant program that funds scientific and technological research to address pressing intelligence problems. Grants are provided to NPS professors and faculty in civilian schools under this program. This work will be led at NPS by COL (Ret.) David Trask. |
