Summary	The objective of the proposed research is developing a web crawler that gathers information from the web and meets the JIEDDO objective of understanding the IED networks and potential vulnerabilities. Existing web crawler technologies need to be specialized in sniffing out social networks within the world wide web that provides training to potential terrorist organizations.
