Summary	The proposed research is to develop an initial bench-top capability to simulate ionospheric scintillation on satellite communications links in support of future coursework and thesis research opportunities for the Nuclear Command, Control and Communication (NC3) curriculum sponsored by Air Force Global Strike Command (AFGSC) through the Air Education and Training Command (AETC).
