Summary	This proposal introduces PLEASE, a prototype for an authoring system for personalized learning. PLEASE will be a standalone system providing individualized access for educational content storage and authoring (including creation, revision control, and publication), and integration. This ensures that instructors have access to easy methods of assembling the learning content, so that they spend less time on the technicalities and more time on creating immersive, learner-centric content that impacts life-long learning. This environment is supported by systems built in data manipulators, trigger-based object actions, and interactive videos/scenarios. Upon completion, PLEASE will be capable of integrating with the CHUNK Learning System.
