Summary	The PI is providing oversight for this project on behalf of OSD RRTO and the Air Force. Sponsor is the Secretary of the Air Force/Acquisition (SAF/AQ). The Director for Special Operations Technology on behalf of OSD RF-Rapid Reaction Technology Office (RRTO) will provide oversight, User Engagement and Transition options, and will engage Special Operations Forces for a variety of potential applications. NASA JPL will perform all research, providing technical expertise, engineering, and testing in an effort entitled " Orbital Site Characterization Capability". JPL will do this using satellite software and algorithm enhancements for advanced performance. The capability will be advanced to a point where it has applications in real world scenarios.
