Summary	NAVFACSW is developing a stronger internal capability for data-driven decision making in its managerial processes. NPS is supporting this effort by developing a teaching case, and providing educate-the-educator targeted short courses. The intent is to assist NAVFACSW in standing up an internal capability to train and support its staff in the use of managerial analytics.
