Summary | This work is to investigate the performance of doped and undoped carbon nanotube (CNT) coaxial cabling intended for space environments. Experiments will be used to examine RF performance, Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) imaging to identify radiation induced defects, and analysis to develop TCAD and circuit models to predict macroscopic CNT coaxial cable aging in a space environment. |
