Summary | This proposal will review the various direct fire methodologies in use by US Army, Marine Corps, Navy and Air Force with a view to their consolidation and rationalization. The review will document the scenarios modeled, shooter/target geometry and motion and whether the method is accuracy or effectiveness based. The underlying weapon/target interactions will be described and models of like kind will be grouped together. The deliverable will be a report on all models studied and recommendations regarding their consolidation. |
