Summary	NPS will design, construct and implement week long executive training programs based on program/sponsor requirements to include all or some of the following topics: management and organization, leadership assessment, strategic articulation and implementation, change management, architecture of organizational alignment, corporate transformation, and innovation. This lecture series will offer higher-ranking Naval officers and DON civilians, as well as individuals from other services, new knowledge, skills and tools to expand their overall understanding of leadership and management as they develop innovative strategies to lead their organizations in the 21st Century.
