Summary	This statement of work covers the first part of multi-year research, outreach, curriculum development, and delivery programs, which include, but are not limited to, supporting the continuation of research for ONR’s Wave Energy Testing Site (WETS)—Costing Analysis. NPS will continue to coordinate, identify activities, and develop energy related coursework and education to aid energy planners and decision makers as they continue to support the Navy’s Energy goals by 2020. This SOW directly supports larger DoN initiatives, including workforce development, high velocity learning, and development of intellectual capital partners and partnerships, both domestic and international.
