Summary	The purpose of this initiative is to enhance collaboration with the Associate Directorate for Education and Training (ADET) of the National Security Agency (NSA) for development and distribution of asynchronous web-based courseware in language, area studies and other related courseware utilizing the Naval Postgraduate School Distributed Learning (DL) capabilities and competencies, including tools such as Blackboard Content Management System (CMS) and the Collaborative Learning Environment Portal (CLBP).
