The Naval Research Program (NRP) hosted a virtual Naval Research Working Group (NRWG) 22, April 19-21, 2022. This activity is an essential element in the success of the NPS Naval Research Program, as envisioned by the Secretary of the Navy. It serves as a forum for Navy and Marine organizations to communicate, review, validate, and recommend topics for NPS research in FY23. This is an excellent annual opportunity for the Navy and Marine Corps to effectively leverage NPS faculty expertise and student operational experience as valuable research assets. All Research Sponsors, NPS faculty and students were invited and encouraged to participate.

**This was a non-industry event and was intended for DoD civilian/contractor personnel and uniformed service members only.

6 Feb 2023 - Submit a CY23 Mills Medal Nomination – The Mills Medal is intended to recognize NPS Faculty that completed NRP research that had a meritorious or conspicuous impact for your organization. The CY23 nomination deadline is 12 April 2023.

9 May 2022 - CY2022 MILLS MEDAL STATUS - No selections were made for CY22.
