Overview

David Alan Garren is an Associate Professor with the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering Department, Naval Postgraduate School, Monterey, CA. He has over 28 years of experience in applied research in various disciplines, including radar, image processing, and signal processing. He has 20 refereed journal publications and 51 conference publications. He is the author of 7 U.S. Patents. He received the B.S. degree from Roanoke College, Salem, VA, in 1986 and the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from William and Mary, Williamsburg, VA, in 1988 and 1991, respectively.
