Senior Lecturer Philip Candreva was an invited participant in a recent Heritage Foundation webinar titled, "How Congress Can Help America Get More Out of Our Defense Dollars." A primary focus of the event was the "use or lose" phenomenon and potential policy remedies. In addition to citing Phil’s research, recent Heritage Foundation reports reference DDM MBA student research on reprogramming actions, as well as a study by Assistant Professor Spencer Brien and his students on the impacts of continuing resolutions on procurement actions.
