Apply Online to NPS
Be sure to review eligibility and department application requirements before applying.
If you are applying to a Distance Learning Program make sure your online application is submitted on or before the first day of instruction of the quarter immediately preceding your intended start date. For instance, those applying to AY18 Quarter 4, must submit an application on or before 2 April 2018. Please refer to the Academic Calendar for dates identified as Instruction Begins. If you do not meet this deadline, your application will be rolled over to the next available quarter.

After You Apply
Request official sealed transcripts from all schools attended (undergrad/grad). Transcripts should be sent directly to NPS from the school(s) attended to the following address:

- Please only send ONE official copy of your transcript per school, otherwise you will delay the processing time of your application.
- Some institutions deliver transcripts electronically through secure means. If your institution subscribes to one of these programs, the email address for electronic transcripts is firstname.lastname@example.org.
- If you have previously submitted materials or documents to the NPS Admissions Office, please contact us directly to verify the documents are on file before ordering a new set of documents.
- U.S. students with degrees from international institutions are required to have their degrees evaluated by a service credentialed by the National Association for Credential Evaluation Services (NACES): http://naces.org
