Publications:

Mr. Michaels has co-authored publications related to defense acquisition, procurement and contracting and is recognized expert on the subject.  In 2005, Paul worked on a task force that was charged with rewriting the U. S. Army's Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement and was specifically recognized for his work on Source Selection Procedures.
