Luis A. Morales, Lieutenant Colonel, U.S. Army, studied Civil Engineering in the University of Puerto Rico (1973-1977), received a BS in Resource Management from Troy State University (1983) and an MPA in Comptrollership from the University of Missouri, Kansas City (1992). He is a resident graduate of the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College and the Professional Military Comptroller School. He has served in numerous infantry and comptroller assignments in the U.S. and overseas, most recently as the Director of Resource Management, Joint Task Force - Bravo, Soto Cano AB, Honduras. LTC Morales served in DRMI from 1995 to 1999 and rejoined the DRMI faculty in June 2004.
