Joel Modisette, Commander, U.S. Navy, earned a Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering from Tulane University (1984) and a Masters of Operations Research from the Naval Postgraduate School (1990). He is a 1995 graduate of the Naval Command and Staff College. A career Surface Line Officer, CDR Modisette served aboard ship and afloat staff positions throughout the US and abroad. Ashore, he taught mathematics and ethics at the US Naval Academy. CDR Modisette joined the faculty in August 2006.
