Fred Bellamy, Lieutenant Colonel, U.S. Air Force, received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from California State University, Sacramento (1984) and his Masters of Arts in Management from Webster University, St. Louis MO (1990). He is a 2000 graduate of Air Command and Staff College, Maxwell AFB, Alabama. He has served in various positions as Budget Officer, Executive Officer, Plans and Auditor. His last assignment was Director of Plans and Programs at the Air Force Institute of Technology, Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. He holds his Level II certification in Business, and Financial Management and Program Management and is a member of the American Society of Military Comptrollers (ASMC). He joined the institute in January 2006.
