The NPS Legal Office includes the NPS Counsel, Associate Council/Patents, the Staff Judge Advocate, one paralegal, and one legalman. The office provides law support to NPS President and staff on all command-related issues.

The following legal services are available in the Staff Judge Advocate Office for active duty, reservists, retirees, and family members with military identification:
Notary Services:Hours: Tuesday and Thursday - 1300-1500 or by appointment
Powers of Attorney: See the paralegal or legalman for assistance. Commonly used forms are provided on the Quick Links.
Real Estate Documents: Call to make an appointment with the notary.
Wills: Call Army Legal Assistance Office at for an appointment at (831) 242-5084. Refer to the Will Information Sheet.
