June 2006 - VADM Stan Szemborski delivers NPS Commencement address

VADM Stan Szemborski, who received the MSEE degree from the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering in 1972, delivered the Commencement address for June 2006 graduates. VADM Szemborski emphasized the important role his technical graduate education has played in his Navy career and gave graduates his advice for early, mid and late career focus.
