Spacecraft Research and Design Center
Naval Postgraduate School

The Spacecraft Research and Design Center (SRDC) at the Naval Postgraduate School has very challenging
projects on spacecraft fine pointing, jitter control, vibration isolation, beam control and adaptive optics.
The center has unique test beds and performs analytical and experimental research.

SRDC invites applications for the following positions:

  • Research Fellow and Assistant Research Professor
  • Electro-optics Engineer

For Research Fellow and Assistant Research Professor, applicant must have an earned Ph. D. degree in aerospace/electrical/mechanical engineering/optics with particular emphasis in one the following areas:
structural dynamics, adaptive optics, controls.

For engineer position, the applicant must have a minimum of a BS degree in engineering or physics with
experience in electro-optical system design, testing, and operation.
