Naval Station Norfolk
(Bldg. NH-28 / 7823 Blandy Rd.)  .

From I-64 east or west

• Take the I-564 Ramp (exit 276) toward Naval Station Norfolk. 
• Move into the far right hand lane and exit onto Terminal Blvd. Toward ODU and Joint Forces Staff College
• Meredith St is the 2nd light on the right hand side, follow it to the main gate,
• once inside the compound approximately 500 ft there is a YEILD sign on your left ”Turn there”. 
• You will be on Blandy Rd drive pass the SACLANT/NATO building (lots of flag poles in front)
• We are the 2nd building on the right, NH-28 / 7823 Blandy Rd. 
• There is parking directly across the street on the back row if it is full you may park on the far side of the picnic area and walk thru the park or behind NH-28 in the sand lot.

Naval Air Station Lemoore California

From Interstate 5

• Take the CA-198 exit to Lemoore/Hanford
• Turn left at CA-198
• Turn left at S Westlawn Ave
• Turn right and head toward Reeves Blvd
• Turn left at Reeves Blvd
• Turn Left on L-Street and Make the first right into the Bldg. 43 (Simulator Building) parking lot.

Once at the front desk, you will notify the security guard that you are here for the EMBA class

• Head west from I-8 W.
• Bear left and head toward Sunset Cliffs Blvd.
• Bear left at Sunset Cliffs Blvd
• Bear left at Nimitz Blvd

From Interstate 5 Coming from South.

• Take the Hawthorn Street exit to San Diego Airport
• Bear left onto the Hawthorn St ramp to San Diego Airport

From Northern Virginia :
Option 1

• Springfield , Fairfax, VA take I-395 North ( Shirley Memorial Highway)
• Enter the District of Columbia
• Continue East on I-295 (Southeast Freeway)
• Turn off onto South Capitol Street ramp
• Stay in right lane (do NOT go under underpass) for exit to M street SE
• Turn Left (East) onto M Street SE
• Turn Right (South) into the Isaac Hull Avenue gate

Option 2

• Springfield , Fairfax, VA take I-395
• Enter the District of Columbia
• Continue East on I-295 (Southeast Freeway)
• Continue East on Virginia Avenue SE
• Turn Right (South) onto 7 th Street SE
• Turn Right (West) onto M Street SE

Option 3 (FROM CRYSTAL CITY)

• From Jefferson Davis Highway/US-1 N, Take I-395N/US-1 N ramp towards Washington
• Merge onto I-395 N
• Take the I-295 (Southeast Freeway) exit on the left
• Merge onto I-295 S
• Take the 6TH ST SE exit towards NAVY YARD
• Keep Right at the fork in the ramp
• Merge onto VIRGINIA AVE SE
• Turn Right onto 7TH ST SE
• Turn Right onto M ST SE and immediately get into the left lane
• At the light turn left into the Isaac Hull gate

From Northern Maryland :

• From Frederick, MD take I-270 South
• South on I-495 entering Virginia
• From I-495 Take the VA-193 exit, exit number 43, towards George Washington Memorial Parkway
• Keep Right at the fork in the ramp
• Merge onto George Washington Memorial Parkway South
• Take the I-395 N/US-1N exit towards Washington VIA 14th Street
• Merge onto I-395 N
• Enter District of Columbia
• Take the I-295 S exit on the left. Merge onto I-295 S
• Continue East on I-295 (Southeast Freeway)
• Turn off onto South Capitol Street ramp

• From Waldorf, MD on Jefferson Rd. (North-West)
• Turn right North-East onto US 301 toward Clinton

• Turn West onto Suitland Parkway Ramp SE
• Entering District of Columbia
• Bear Right (North) onto South Capitol Street ramp
• Stay in right lane (do NOT go under underpass) for exit to M Street SE
• Turn left (East) onto M Street SE

From Eastern Maryland :

• From Annapolis, MD, Take US 50 West/US 301 South and continue West
• Take ramp to SR 201 South
• Merge onto SR-295 Baltimore Washington Parkway
• Entering District of Columbia
• Continue SW on I-295 ( Kenilworth Avenue NE)
• Take the Howard Road (Downtown) Exit 3B
• At light turn right and go to end of the road (3 blocks)
• At light turn right and merge into traffic on the 11 th Street Bridge
• Stay in the right lane and exit right onto 12 th Street
• Turn left on M Street and turn left into the Isaac Hull gate

Naval Station Oceana

From 264

• Take 264 East.
• Proceed on First Colonial past Virginia Beach Blvd.
• First Colonial becomes Oceana Blvd.
• Follow Oceana Blvd for the next 4 miles passing the Oceana Stables.
• The next right will be Tomcat Blvd., which leads to the main gate.
• Continue straight through the main gate and D Avenue will be on your right.

Naval Air Station Mayport

By Car: The naval station is located at the end of Mayport Road. 

TO GET HERE FROM THE NORTH

• Take I-95 South to the 9A exit. 
• Get off on Atlantic Boulevard and drive east until you cross the Intracoastal Waterway, After crossing the waterway.
• take the first exit on the right to Mayport Road. 
• Continue for approximately five miles. 
• You will enter the naval station through the main gate.

 
To get here from the south,

• Take I-95 North to J. Turner Butler Boulevard. 
• Go east to the San Pablo exit and turn left. 
• Drive across Beach Boulevard, continuing to Atlantic Boulevard and turn right on to Atlantic at the light. 
• After crossing the Intracoastal waterway, follow the above directions. 

From Interstate I-10 East.

• Continue to I-95 South
• Exit at US Highway 90 (Beaches) until it splits into Atlantic Boulevard and Beach Boulevard.
• Take Atlantic Boulevard and follow the above directions.

By Plane: Jacksonville International Airport,

• 35 miles northwest of the naval station, services most major airlines. 
• Taxi and limousine services are available from the airport to Naval Station Mayport. 
• Fares range from $25-$42.
• If you are traveling under orders the fare is reimbursable, but you must get a receipt from the taxi driver and submit it with your travel claim. 
• If you have any problems, you may call the Naval Station Mayport quarterdeck using the toll-free courtesy phone at the information desk in the baggage claim area.  Dial 270-5401 for the duty office.

By Bus:

• Greyhound Bus services are located at 10 North Pearl Street in downtown Jacksonville near the BellSouth Tower. 
• Dial 356-9976 for information. 
• Local buses or taxis provide transportation from downtown to the naval station. 
• The Jacksonville Transportation Authority bus information telephone number is 630-3100. 
• Amtrak also provides limited service in the Jacksonville area.  Amtrak's toll-free number is 1-800-872-7245.

Naval Air Station Fallon Nevada.

From Interstate 80 West (Reno and California):

• Take Interstate 80 east through Reno. 
• About 30 miles past Reno, take exit 48 in Fernley. 
• Follow the exit to the right and over the railroad tracks. 
• Turn left at the first light onto alternate Highway 50 and continue for 30 miles or so to Fallon. Continue all the way through the city of Fallon (about five stop lights). 
• Go past the Churchill Community Hospital (on your left) until you come to Crook Road (about 1.5 miles past the hospital).
• Turn right.  Follow Crook Road until it dead-ends into Wildes Road, and turn left. Take the first right onto Pasture Road. 
• Follow Pasture Road for a mile or so until you come to the main gate at Cottonwood Drive and turn left.  

From Highway 95  North and I-80 in eastern Nevada (Lovelock, Elko):

• Take Interstate 80 west to Highway 95 south (Trinity Junction) toward Fallon. 
• Continue for about 30 miles to the city of Fallon.
• Turn left onto Highway 50 east (this is the Williams Street light at the Nugget casino). 
• Go past the Churchill Community Hospital (on your left) for 1.5 miles until you come to Crook Road. 
• Turn right and follow Crook Road until it dead-ends into Wildes Road, and turn left. 
• Take the first right onto Pasture Road.  Follow Pasture Road for a mile or so until you come to the main gate at Cottonwood Drive and turn left.  

From Highway 50 West (Carson City and California):

• Take Highway 50 east through Carson City and continue for about 60 miles (past Lahontan Reservoir) to Fallon.
• Continue all the way through the city of Fallon (about five stop lights). 
• Go past the Churchill Community Hospital (on your left) for about 1.5 miles until you come to Crook Road. 
• Turn right, and follow Crook Road until it dead-ends into Wildes Road and turn left. 
• Take the first right onto Pasture Road.  Follow Pasture Road for a mile or so until you come to the main gate at Cottonwood Drive and turn left.

From Highway 50 East (Austin, Eureka, Ely):

• Take Highway 50 west toward Fallon.  A few miles before you enter the city of Fallon, you will see a street sign for Macari Lane on your left. 
• Go past that street until you reach another street sign for Wildes Road and turn left. 
• Continue on Wildes until you reach Pasture Road and turn left. 
• The base is on your left at this point. 
• Turn left into the main gate at Cottonwood Drive.

From Highway 395 (Southern California):

• Take Highway 395 north to Highway 167, just north of Mono Lake. 
• Go east on 167 (which turns into Highway 359 in Nevada) and follow it to Hawthorne, Nevada. 
• In Hawthorne, take highway 95 north for about 67 miles to Fallon. 
• Just south of the town of Fallon, you will see a sign for Union Lane and Naval Air Station Fallon. 
• Make that right turn and follow the road until it dead-ends on Pasture Road.
• Take a left on Pasture Road and then the first right at Cottonwood Drive, the main entrance to the base.

From Highway 95 south (Las Vegas):

• Take Highway 95 north from Las Vegas all the way to Fallon (about 380 miles). 
• Just south of Fallon, you will see a sign for Union Lane and Naval Air Station Fallon. 
• Take that right turn and follow the road until it dead-ends on Pasture Road.
• Take a left on Pasture Road and then the first right on Cottonwood Drive, the main entrance to the base.

• Take the 8th St exit to National City
• Turn left at W 8th St
• Turn right at Harbor Dr
• Continue on E Harbor Dr
• Turn left at S 32nd St
• Turn hard right at Surface Navy Blvd
• Turn left and head toward Mclanahan St
• Turn right at Mclanahan St
• Turn right at Buchanan St

Naval Station Whiting Field
(Bldg #2944, Wing 5)

From the Airport

• Start out going West on AIRPORT BLVD toward CORPORATE WOODS DR.
• Turn RIGHT onto FL-291 N.
• Merge onto I-10 E toward TALLAHASSEE
• Take the CR-191 N exit- exit number 26- toward BAGDAD/ MILTON
• Turn LEFT onto GARCON POINT RD/CR-191 N. Continue to follow CR-191 N
• Turn left onto FL-87 N/CAROLINE ST/US-90 W
• Turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto FL-87 N/STEWART ST. Continue to follow FL-87 N

The VTE classroom is in Bldg #2944, Wing 5.

• Go through the front gate, follow the "Y" in the road to the Right.
• Take a Right at the 2nd Street, called Enterprise Street.
• Go into the first parking lot on the Left. The building is a 2 story building immediately at the right.
• Go through the double doors and that is where the "Student Control Classroom" (VTE classroom) is.
• Anyone in that building should be able to direct you to the Student control classroom.
• The guards at the gate should be able to get you to Wing 5.

Naval Air Station Patuxent River

• From MD-235 take Cedar point Rd Exit.

Naval Air Station Whidbey Island

From Interstate 5

• Take Exit 230 (Anacortes/ Burlington).
• Turn left onto Highway 20 and proceed until you see highway sign to Oak Harbor (fourth stop light) and turn left.
• Head up the hill, cross the bridge and stay on Highway 20. Proceed to the light on Ault Field Road.
• Turn right, and when you reach the first stop light,
• Take right on Goldie Road to the Charles Porter Gate.

From Port Townsend (Keystone Ferry)

• From ferry, turn left on Engle Road. Stay left on Engle Road (about 4 miles) until you come to Highway 20 in Coupeville.
• Take a left at the light and continue north to Oak Harbor.
• At first stop light before highway goes into town, turn left onto Swantown Road.
• About one block after another set of lights, turn right onto Heller Road, and continue until it turns to right onto Clover Valley Road.
• Turn left at the second stop light (Goldie Road) to the Charles Porter Gate.

From Clinton (Mukilteo Ferry)

• From ferry, follow Highway 525 north, which turns into Highway 20, for about 43 miles before arriving to Oak Harbor.
• At first stop light before highway goes into town,
• Turn left onto Swantown Road.
• About one block after another set of lights, turn right onto Heller Road, and continue until it turns to right onto Clover Valley Road.
• Turn left at the second stop light (Goldie Road) to the Charles Porter Gate.
