Academic & Client Services Training Services ITACS News About ITACS Security Policies Home >>  Information Technology & Communication Services (ITACS) >>  Updating Phonebook Information Updating Phonebook Information If you notice incorrect or missing information in your listing in the Global Address List (GAL) in Exchange/Outlook, you need to update your PYTHON record. • Open your internet browser to the NPS Intranet Home Page (http://intranet.nps.edu) • Click on the "Python" link along the top navigation bar. • Click "User Login". • Login using your normal NPGS network login and password. • Click "My Profile" in the Menu on the left. • Make changes, as necessary. • Be sure to click "Apply Changes". • Click "Exit & Close Browser" in the Menu on the left. Information is periodically uploaded from PYTHON into the Global Address List (GAL) in Exchange/Outlook.
