Course Request System and Students Auto-Enrollment

Welcome. This website allows you, the Blackboard instructor, to request for a course(s) and automatically enroll students. Please click below to continue, and have your NPS username and password ready.

When asked to login, please enter your NPS username by itself, no prefix is required. Any problems or concerns with your NPS user account should be directed to the Technology Assistance Center at x1046.

Common Questions:

I need a new course. Can you also enroll my students for me?
Certainly! Go ahead and use the Course Request Form, and your students will be added automatically, as long as the enrollment data in Python is available.

Can I have a new course created anytime? Can I have a course to use as a sandbox?
While most of our course creation requests come near the end or at the start of a quarter, you can request a course anytime during the year. We can even enroll your students ahead of time, provided they show up in Python.

Who monitors the enrollment accuracy of students in my course?
Please note that all monitoring of Blackboard course site enrollments and students drop actions are the responsibility of individual instructors.

This is my first time teaching a course in Blackboard. Where can I go to get additional help with creating my course content, or for basic usage training?
The Office of Continuous Learning (OCL) is responsible for training faculty on usage of Blackboard, and hosts regular Hands On workshops, for both basic and advanced users. Click here to visit their website for more information.
