 Biography
Commander Thomas P. Hall is a Roman Catholic member of the Paulist Fathers, the first congregation of priests established in the United States. He is a native of Los Angeles and earned a B.S. in Economics at Marquette University in Wisconsin as a NROTC Midshipman. Following college he attended graduate school at University of Toronto and Catholic University of America in Washington, DC where he earned a Master of Systematic Theology degree prior to ordination to the priesthood. 
In civilian life, Father Hall served as Chaplain at Georgetown University, West Virginia University, and Florida International University. In 1990, Father Hall was recalled to Active Duty in support of Operation Desert Storm. He served 3 years with US Naval Forces Central Command in Bahrain. He has also served with the US Coast Guard in San Juan, Puerto Rico and with the US Marine Corps in Twentynine Palms, California.
