  Specially selected and screened students from the NPS and Monterey Institute
  of International Studies (MIIS) were tasked to characterize vulnerabilities associated with
  the California Port System and to develop detailed concepts of operations (CONOPS) to exploit its vulnerabilities. Student briefings to be presented.

• International Conference on Maritime Security (Apr 14-16), Ft. Lauderdale, FL This three-day event will bring together an elite group of leaders from the MSC, government and industry to discuss the pertinent security issues facing the maritime environment.
