A block of rooms has been set aside at the Hyatt and is available until May 28th.  To reserve a room at the Hyatt please indicate that you are attending the CORE Lab Workshop.

Golf or Pool View rooms are available at an additional $40.00 per room per night based on availability.

* Please note that the government Per Diem rate above is 25% above the prevailing federal per diem and suggested by GSA as the Conference Lodging Allowance FTR 301-74.7.  Any active US Military attendee with ID and Travel Orders will be tax exempt.  Any US Government employee paying with US Government check or credit card will be tax exempt.  Attendees must present Travel Orders or Travel Authorization letter to be eligible for Federal Per Diem rate.

Room rates are exclusive of applicable state and local taxes (which are currently 10%), Monterey County Tourism Assessment fee (currently $1.00 per room, per night), State of California Tourism Assessment (currently $.15 per room night), and applicable service or hotel specific fees in effect at the Hotel at the time of the meeting.

RESORT SERVICE FEE
A mandatory resort services fee of $12.00 per room, per night, will be added to each individual room account.  Amenities covered in this fee include:  in-room bottled water, local phone calls, 800/number phone calls, retail discount – 10% off merchandise in gift shop, golf, and tennis pro shop, complimentary tennis court time, complimentary golf bag storage, and complimentary self-service laundry.  This fee is fully reimbursable for any active US Military Attendee with ID and Travel Orders or any US Government employee paying with US Government check or credit card.  Please reference the Federal Travel Regulation (FTR) (41 CFR 300-304), specifically part 301-12.
