Registration is required for individuals or companies to be eligible as contractors to the federal government (and therefore NPS):
Date Universal Numbering System number from Dun and Bradstreet (DUNS) - The DUNS registration must be completed first. The D&B site can be accessed through www.ccr.gov by starting a new registration or calling (866) 705-5711. This will take two or three days.
Central Contractor Registration (CCR) – CCR is the primary government repository for contractor information required for the conduct of business with the government. Instructions for a new registration can be found at www.ccr.gov. Support is available at (888) 227-2423 or DSN 661-5757. This registration will also take a week or so.
