A contractor who is not a US citizen, but is residing in the US must secure the appropriate visa to do business in the US. This is the responsibility of the individual contractor and/or the company with whom the contractor is affiliated.
NPS does not intervene on visa issues with contractors since contractors are not NPS employees.
