CCMR Hosts International Defense Transformation Seminar

Participants from the International Defense Transformation Seminar, hosted by the Naval Postgraduate School Center for Civil-Military Relations, gather at the International Flag Garden outside of Herrmann Hall. During the two-week-long course, military and civilian participants from 10 different countries engaged in practical exercises, lectures and case studies to increase their effectiveness in developing and transforming national security capabilities.
