Bahraini Air Force Lt. Col. For his Modeling, Virtual Environments and Simulation (MOVES) dissertation, Al-Mannai developed a quantitative decision tool that identifies critical infrastructure assets and optimally allocates limited financial resources to reduce system-wide risk from terrorist attacks.
