General Wallace delivers NPS Commencement Speech

The Naval Postgraduate School awarded Ph.D. and master degrees to 233 students March 23 at the Winter graduation ceremonies. The keynote speaker was Gen. William Scott Wallace. Wallace, commanding general of the U. S. Army Training and Doctrine Command, Ft. Monroe, Va., told the graduates “the challenge I place before you today is to take this world-class education and apply it to real world situations.” A graduate from NPS, he spoke from experience.
