To help us keep our records current, please notify us of any address or phone number changes by updating your account online. You may contact the Circulation Desk at (831) 656-2947 or e-mail circdesk@nps.edu for assistance.

To update your account online in BOSUN:

1. From the Library’s homepage  click on Search BOSUN Catalog.
2. Click on My Account located in the gray bar above the search box.
3. Click on Change My Address.
4. Type in the new information.
5. Enter your User Name (ALT ID)* - be sure to use UPPER CASE. Click on Send.
6. A confirmation message will appear indicating the request for changes has been placed.

* For NPS personnel (faculty, students, staff), your User Name (ALT ID) is your Network login name entered in UPPER CASE. If you find that your User Name does not work and/or to make changes to your User Name, please contact the Circulation Desk at (831) 656-2947 or e-mail circdesk@nps.edu.

Library users who are not NPS personnel can contact the Circulation Desk to set up a User Name (ALT ID).

A User Name (ALT ID) can be up to 14 characters and can be an Alpha/Numeric mix. All letters must be UPPER CASE and no symbols except underscore and hyphen are allowed.
