Public Access to Court Electronic Records (PACER), a service of United States Judiciary, is an electronic public access service that allows users to obtain case and docket information from Federal Appellate, District and Bankruptcy courts, and from the U.S. Party/Case Index. You must register and will be charged a per page viewed user fee. PACER customers can access written opinions free of charge.
