Journal Articles
ACM Digital Library  ACM Bibliographic information, abstracts, reviews, and the full-text for articles published in ACM periodicals and proceedings
since its founding in 1947 are available in the library together with selected works published by affiliated organizations.
Aerospace & High Technology Database  CSA The Aerospace Database provides bibliographic coverage of basic and applied research in aeronautics, astronautics, and space
sciences. The database also covers technology development and applications in complementary and supporting fields such as
chemistry, geosciences, physics, communications, and electronics. In addition to periodic literature, the database also includes
coverage of reports issued by NASA, other U.S. government agencies, international institutions, universities, and private
firms.
Air University Library Index to Military Periodicals This provides indexing to significant articles, news items, editorials and books reviews appearing in military and aeronautical
periodicals, many of which are not indexed elsewhere.
CiteSeer Scientific Literature Digital Library CiteSeer is a scientific literature digital library that provides algorithms, techniques, and software that can be used in
other digital libraries. CiteSeer indexes Postscript and PDF research articles on the Web.
Compendex  Engineering Village Compendex contains over seven million references and abstracts taken from over 5,000 engineering journals, conferences and
technical reports. Online coverage is from 1969 to the present and includes nuclear technology, bioengineering, transportation,
chemical and process engineering, light and optical technology, agricultural engineering and food technology, computers and
data processing, applied physics, electronics and communications, control, civil, mechanical, materials, petroleum, aerospace
and automotive engineering as well as narrower subtopics within all these and other major engineering fields.
Computer and Information Systems Abstracts  CSA There are thousands of sources in this growing field - and only Computer and Information Systems Abstracts provides fast,
organized access to all of them, including hard-to-find conference literature. Jointly published with Engineering Information,
this database provides a comprehensive monthly update on the latest theoretical research and practical applications around
the world. From its inception as one of the earliest databases in the field, Computer and Information Systems Abstracts has
proven itself an essential resource.
Computing Reviews  Computing Reviews Computing Reviews is an online database of reviews in computing literature from Reviews.com and the ACM (Association for Computing
Machinery). Drawn from the top ranks of their professional and scientific fields, the reviewers will recommend and review
the best articles and books in their areas, providing a resource for technical professionals, experienced users, and lay people
looking for high-level information. In addition to a ten year-plus archive of reviews and articles, Computing Reviews allows
personalized alerts, customized searching and browsing.
Emerald Fulltext  Emerald Contains 35,000 articles from over 100 management journals, complete with full text archives back to 1994. Covers the major
management disciplines including strategy, leadership, information management, marketing and human resource management.
IEEE/IEE Electronic Library Online  IEE Explore This database provides full-text access to over 12,000 publications produced by in conjunction with the Institute of Electrical
and Electronics Engineers [IEEE] and the Institution of Electrical Engineers [IEE]. Included in this database are journal
articles, conference papers and technical standards. Coverage is from 1988 to present.
Ingenta  The Ingenta Library Gateway is a searchable database of more than 11 million citations from over 20,000 journals.
INSPEC  Contains citations and abstracts to the literature in physics, electrical engineering, electronics, telecommunications, computers,
control technology, and information technology. Covers journal articles, conference papers, significant books, technical reports,
dissertations, and patents. INSPEC is the premier database for physics & related disciplines but also covers areas like systems
management and operations research. Coverage begins in 1969.
Internet and Personal Computing Abstracts  EBSCO Internet and Personal Computing Abstracts (formerly Microcomputer Abstracts) provides abstracts and indexing for literature
related to personal computing products and developments in business, the Internet, the home, and all other applied areas.
Over 400 of the most important trade publications, mainstream computer magazines, and professional journals are covered, including
those that focus on specific topics such as Macintosh and Windows platforms, programming, web development and more.
Jane's Online  Provides access to full-text reports, articles and image files relating to the world's armed forces and defense industry,
geopolitical arena and various transportation systems.
ProQuest Computing  ProQuest Top computing journals in full-text for research on subjects such as database design, software development, web commerce,
LANs, WANs, Intranets, the Internet.
ProQuest Military  ProQuest Search all military titles for information on defense and military issues.
ProQuest Science Journals  ProQuest Search full text and images for the leading periodicals in science and technology. Subject coverage includes computers, engineering,
physics, telecommunications, and transportation.
ProQuest Telecommunications  ProQuest Full-text for top telecommunications industry publications. Includes magazines, journals and newsletters for the latest in
this fast changing industry.
Science Citation Index  Click on Web of Science The Science Citation Index® provides access to current and retrospective bibliographic information,
author abstracts, and cited references found in over 5,900 of the world's leading scholarly science journals covering more
than 150 disciplines. Dudley Knox Library's subscription covers articles and papers published from 1980-present.
Staff College Automated Military Periodicals Index (SCAMPI) Provides citations to articles on military and naval art and science, operational warfare, joint planning, national and international
politics, and other areas researched by Joint Forces Staff College faculty, staff, and students.
TORPEDO Ultra  Access to the full text of selected journals published by Academic Press, Elsevier Science, Institute of Physics and Naval
Research Laboratory Formal and Memorandum Reports, NRL authored journal articles and conference papers, and NRL Press Releases.
Web of Knowledge  The website includes Science Citation Index 1980- , Social Sciences Citation Index 1991- , Current Contents Connect. This
database provides citation and tracking information on current and retrospective research and a current awareness tool. Cited
references [footnotes and bibliographies] for all articles are captured and indexed, allowing tracing of the references and
citation analysis. Includes access to some full-text articles.

our online catalog for degrees awarded in the designated area. Computer Science Information Technology Management Information Systems Modeling, Virtual Environments, and Simulation (MOVES) Software Engineering
BOSUN Dudley Knox Library BOSUN, the Library's online catalog, lists the publications (books, theses, journal titles, etc.) and multimedia materials
available in the Dudley Knox collections. It also provides links to some of the Library's electronic resources (electronic
journals, databases indexing journal literature, etc.).

DTIC's STINET (Scientific & Technical Information Network)  Citations to reports from DTIC, a clearinghouse for a variety of defense-related scientific and technical publications. Through
the STINET database, DTIC indexes and abstracts these reports, providing full-text to some reports. The STINET database has
coverage from 1975. The library owns the print version of some of the DTIC reports, and has nearly complete coverage in microfiche.
ENGnetBASE : Engineering Handbooks Online  EngnetBase ENGnetBASE provides online access to the full text of the CRC Press Engineering Handbook series. Subject areas include civil
engineering, telecommunications, electronic engineering, materials science, chemical technology, computer science, avionics,
manufacturing, signal processing, and mechanical engineering.
Networked Computer Science Technical Reference Library (NCSTRL) An international collection of computer science technical reports from CS departments and industrial and government research
laboratories, made available for non-commercial and educational use.
Networked Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations  Digital Library of ETDs (Electronic Theses and Dissertations)
Safari Tech Books Online  Only Two users at a time. If the database is busy please try again later. You do Not need to login. Select "My Books" to search
full-text books only. Click on Logout when finished. Safari is an "electronic reference library for programmers, IT professionals
and knowledge workers." It allows you to search across the full text of hundreds of computer and technical books from O'Reilly,

Springer eBook Collection in Computer Science  Covers areas such as Artificial Intelligence, Bioinformatics, Computer Communication Networks and Telecommunications, Image
Processing, Computer Vision, Pattern Recognition, and Graphics, Information Systems and Applications, Internet/Web, and HCI,
Programming and Software Engineering, Security and Cryptology, Theoretical Computer Science. It includes the Lecture Notes
in Computer Science series.
Synthesis Digital Library of Engineering and Computer Science  The basic component of the library is a 50- to 100-page "Lecture"; a self-contained electronic book that synthesizes an important
research or development topic, authored by an expert contributor to the field. They provide more synthesis, analysis, and
depth than typical research journal articles. New lectures will be added continuously and existing lectures will be revised
as needed.
WorldCat  With WorldCat (the OCLC Online Union Catalog) you can simultaneously search the catalogs of over 9000 libraries worldwide.
WorldCat contains more than 50 million records in over 400 languages.
