Many of the resources listed in BOSUN (the Library catalog) and on the Library's web pages, including proprietary databases and electronic journals, are subject to license restrictions on access and use. While anyone using a computer on the NPS campus can access our licensed resources, remote access to those resources is limited to NPS personnel. Our licensed resources are indicated by the "NPS domain only" logo, which looks like this:   

Access to our licensed electronic resources from off campus computers is limited to the following:

• Currently enrolled NPS students, including Distance Learning students
• Current NPS faculty, including contractor faculty
• Current NPS staff, including contractor staff

Other library users with borrowing privileges do not have access to our licensed electronic resources from off campus.

Users attempting to access any licensed library electronic resource from off campus will be prompted to use their Dudley Knox Library account information to log in to our proxy server.
