Acquisition/contract management, information technology, project management, budgeting and financial control, logistics, personnel management, material management and business education.

Background:

Mr. Town has worked in both the public and private sectors.  He served as a U.S. Navy Supply Corps Officer, specializing in acquisition and contract management.  One of his varied U.S. Navy assignments was for the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) as a logistics officer. After his retirement from the Navy, Mr. Town worked for General Electric as a project manager.
