All applicants interested in any of the CED3 supported programs are required to submit a completed application packet to the Admissions Department. Below are the required items for this packet. Transcript Submission Information

In order to be fully considered for a seat in the program, you are required to submit Sealed Official transcripts of ALL undergraduate and previous graduate work to date (degree & non-degree) to the NPS Admissions office at the following address:

Participation Agreement Submission Information

All applicants are required to submit a signed Participation Agreement immediately following the submission of your application. The template for this agreement can be found below. There are 2 options to submit this agreement to the NPS Admissions Department:

1. You can have it printed, signed and faxed to: 831-656-2891
2. You can have it printed, signed, scanned and emailed to grad-ed@nps.edu
