John Gordon, Gen. USAF (NPS ’70)
Gen. John Gordon used his NPS Physics degree to boost his career in the area of special weapons and security, eventually becoming the Administrator of the National Nuclear Security Administration and Homeland Security Advisor to President George W. Bush.
Gordon Eubanks (NPS ’76)
Gordon Eubanks was still a Computer Science student at NPS when he formed his first software company at the beginning of the PC revolution. He is now one of the major leaders in the software industry. After the Navy, he became CEO and President of Symantec, and recently of OBLIX, specializing in identity management.
Michael Hagee, Gen. USMC (NPS ’69)
Gen. Michael Hagee is the 33rd Commandant of the Marine Corps. Combat proven in Vietnam, he brings his graduate level technical education to the top job in the Marine Corps, making him a national asset in the information age transformation of the military.
