Mission of the Naval Support Detachment
Monterey Police Department (NSDM
PD) is to provide quality customer oriented
force protection, physical security, law
enforcement and emergency management services
to our customers so they may enjoy a safe
and secure living, working and learning
environment.
VISION
We will be recognized as a leader in DON
in the professional training and development
of all our internal customers, especially
in the areas of Community Policing.
We will provide a comprehensive, customer
service focus in law enforcement, crime
prevention, disaster preparedness and physical
security through innovation and the empowerment
of each individual member of our team.
