SEPTEMBER

Wed 24 September 1830 - College Road Trip (G) 83 minutes. Cast: Martin Lawrence & Raven Symone. Melanie is eagerly looking forward to taking her first big step towards independence when she plans a 'girls only' road trip to check out prospective universities. However, when her imposing police-chief dad insists on escorting her instead, she soon finds her dream trip turning into a nightmare full of misfortune and turmoil. Dad wants to assure total security and safety for his precious daughter, while Melanie has a 17-year-old's need to become a grown woman and have her own sense of independence. Now, even as dad and daughter bicker, banter and careen from one disaster to the next on their journey, they are about to discover that, sometimes, going that extra mile to be together can forge a family bond so strong it can withstand anything--even wild curves ahead.

Undaunted, the driven Kate allows South Philly working girl Angie Ostrowiski to become her unlikely surrogate. Simple enough. After learning from the steely head of their surrogacy center that Angie is pregnant, Kate goes into precision nesting mode: reading childcare books, baby-proofing the apartment and researching top pre-schools. But the executive's well-organized strategy is turned upside down when her Baby Mama shows up at her doorstep with no place to live. An unstoppable force meets an immovable object as structured Kate tries to turn vibrant Angie into the perfect expectant mom. In a comic battle of wills, they will struggle their way through preparation for the baby's arrival. And in the mid dle of this tug-of-war, they'll discover two kinds of family: the one you're born to and the one you make.

Kristen Bell. After a devastating break-up with his girlfriend, TV sitcom star Sarah Marshall, a heartbroken and depressed Peter heads to Hawaii for a little vacation to try his best to forget every detail of his relationship. But love laughs at Peter, because Sarah is vacationing in the same exclusive resort as Peter, along with her new boyfriend.

Wed 22 October 1830 - The Seeker: The Dark is Rising (PG) 94 minutes. Cast: Emma Lockhart & Alexander Ludwig. A young man, Will Stanton, discovers he is the last of a group of immortals dedicated to fighting dark forces of evil. Traveling back and forth through time, Will uncovers a series of clues, some dating back to biblical times, that lead him to a showdown with forces of unimaginable power.

Wed 29 October 1830 - The Happening (R) 90 minutes. Cast: Mark Wahlberg & Zooey Deschanel. A family is on the run from an inexplicable and unstoppable event that threatens not only humankind--but the most basic human instinct of them all: survival.

Wed 5 November 1830 - Speed Racer (PG) 135 minutes. Cast: Emile Hirsch & Christina Ricci.
. Born to race cars, Speed Racer is aggressive, instinctive and, most of all, fearless. His only real competition is the memory of the brother he idolized - the legendary Rex Racer, whose death in a race has left behind a legacy that Speed is driven to fulfill. Speed is loyal to the family racing business, led by his father, Pops Racer, the designer of Speed's thundering Mach 5. When Speed turns down a lucrative and tempting offer from Royalton Industries, he not only infuriates the company's maniacal owner but uncovers a terrible secret - some of the biggest races are being fixed by a handful of ruthless moguls who manipulate the top drivers to boost profits. If Speed won't drive for Royalton, Royalton will see to it that the Mach 5 never crosses another finish line. The only way for Speed to save his family's business and the sport he loves is to beat Royalton at his own game. With the support of his family and his loyal girlfriend, Trixie, Speed teams with his one-time rival - the mysterious Racer X - to win the race that had taken his brother's life: the death-defying, cross-country rally known as The Crucible.

Wed 12 November 1830 - Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull (PG 13) 120 minutes. Cast: Harrison Ford & Cate Blanchett. In 1957, Indiana Jones is thrust back in action, venturing into the jungles of South America in a race against Soviet agents to find the mystical Crystal Skull.

Wed 19 November 1830 - What Happens in Vegas (PG 13) 99 minutes. Cast: Cameron Diaz
Ashton Kutcher. Two people discover they've gotten married following a night of debauchery in Vegas, with one of them winning a jackpot after playing the other's quarter. The pair trys to undermine each other and get their hands on the money... falling in love along the way.

Wed 3 December 1830 A Christmas Story (PG) 94 minutes. Cast: Melinda Dillon & Darren McGavin. In the 1940's, in the town of Hammond, 9-year-old Ralphie wants one thing for Christmas -- an official Red Ryder BB rifle. When he asks his mother for the BB gun for Christmas, she says, "No, you'll shoot your eye out". When he writes an essay about it at school his teacher gives him a C+ with a note saying "You'll shoot your eye out." Next he asks Santa for the gun, Santa's response is familiar, he says, "You'll shoot your eye out, kid." Ralph fears that he'll never get the BB gun for Christmas. But there may be a surprise in store for him.

Wed 10 December 1830 - The Polar Express (G) 90 minutes. Cast: Tom Hanks & Chris Coppola. Believing in Santa Claus isn't easy when all of your friends and family insist he's just make believe. A boy's faith is rewarded one Christmas Eve when he's awakened by a steam train that pulls up in front of his house and takes him and other children to the North Pole to meet Santa.

Wed 17 December 1830 - National Lampoons Christmas Vacation (PG 13) 97 minutes. Cast: Chevy Chase & Beverly D’Angelo. It’s Christmas and the Grizwolds are preparing for an old-time family celebration. But things never run smoothly for Clark, whose continual bad luck is about to return, in the form of an unexpected visit by his obnoxious cousin Eddie and his equally annoying family.
