REGIONAL MONSOON TOPICS
The regional topic reviewers will summarize the state of knowledge, synoptic/morphological overview, problems and uncertainties and anything else without having to conform to the format of the scientific topics list.
SCIENTIFIC ISSUE TOPICS
The scientific topic reviewers will review their topics without worrying about which regional monsoon to fit in. If they want to organize their review according to regions that is fine; if they don't that is also fine.
