Biography
Breonna Tiffany graduated from California State University Monterey Bay in 2007 with a degree in Business Administration. She started working for the Department of National Security Affairs at the Naval Postgraduate School in 2007 as an administrative assistant. She completed her Master’s in Business Administration courses at the Naval Postgraduate School in the Graduate School of Business and Public Policy in 2010. In 2011, she began working with the Center on Contemporary Conflict as the Program Associate for Finance and Administration.
