Faculty

The Space Systems Academic Group (SSAG) at The Naval Postgraduate School is an interdisciplinary association of faculty and academic chair professors representing eight separate academic disciplines. The SSAG has established Chair professorships sponsored by the NRO, NASA, Navy Space Technology Program, Naval NETWARCOM, and Lockheed-Martin. In addition, the MASINT Chair Professor supports the SSAG in areas of Measurement and Signature Intelligence (MASINT).

Staff

Four engineers are employed by the SSAG to directly support the Small Satellite Design Program, and as a resource for officer students performing thesis research. Staff act as mentors and technical support in the operation and application of the facilities, tools, and resources available within the SSAG frame work.
