Bill Gates Selected as New GSBPP Dean NPS Executive Vice President and Provost Leonard Ferrari announced that William (Bill) Gates, Ph.D. Associate Professor and Associate Dean of Research in the Graduate School of Business and Public Policy, has been selected as the Dean of the school, replacing CAPT Teresa Rea, USN, who has served as Interim Dean since October 2008. Dr. Gates officially assumes his new duties on February 1st. |
